Thank you for your interest in North Branch School. Listed below is an outline of the enrollment process.
Schedule a visit – tour the school, sit in on classes, and see for yourself what North Branch is all about.
Complete the one-page application and submit the form with your enrollment fee.
Submit school reports/school work. If your child has attended another school, please submit the most recent school report you have and also a sample of your child’s writing (reports and/or creative), math work, and a brief list of the most recent books read.
Schedule a day for your child(ren) to visit. This is an important step for several reasons: your child becomes familiar with the North Branch setting as well as with staff and students, and staff get a chance to meet and know your child.
If there is not a space for your child, you will be put on a wait list and kept appraised of enrollment. Also, if your child requires specific resource work or instructional aid, please let us know so that staff and parents can evaluate whether or not North Branch will be able to meet your child’s needs adequately. If there is space and North Branch appears to be a good “fit” for your child, then you will be offered a contract.
If you anticipate a need for tuition assistance, the administrator will put you in touch with the treasurer to discuss options.
Return the contract. The application and enrollment fee are the start of the process; however, they do not secure a spot for your child(ren). To do this, a contract must be signed and submitted to the school.

|NON-REFUNDABLE ENROLLMENT FEE|
|The school year is nine months. With the treasurer’s approval, parents may opt to pay on a 12-month schedule. *Parents of kindergarten students may enroll their children for a minimum of four mornings. Afternoons may be added to the contract at the beginning of or during the school year. **Parents of elementary students may contract for the year for 5 days at the monthly rate or opt to sign up for the Wednesday program on a weekly basis, as availability allows, at $40 per Wednesday.|
|There is a 10% discount for multiple children from the same family. (This does not apply to enrollment fees.) Take the 10% discount off the total monthly or yearly for all children combined. If the total due for the school year is paid by September 5, a 5% discount may be taken. (If you have multiple children enrolled and are paying in advance, you may take 10% off of the total and 5% off of the discounted amount.) Parents are expected to commit their time as well as their money by participating in workdays and fundraising events.|
